The last time he fought in the cage of the best MMA promotion in Southeast Europe was in September last year when he lost by submission to Rusi Minev (27, 4-1) in the second round. Now, the winner of the second season of the 'Armagedon' tournament, David Travnicek (29, 3-1), is returning to the Fight Nation Championship cage. At the FNC 18 powered by Soccerbet event in Banja Luka, he will face Uroš Vesić (27, 4-3), a Serbian fighter who comes in with three consecutive wins.
The Austrian striker won the FNC competition in April last year, and after the aforementioned loss to Minev, he bounced back with a victory. Now, he wants to do the same in the Fight Nation Championship. Travnicek aims to show that the loss was just an off night, and in Banja Luka, he intends to demonstrate to everyone who David Travnicek really is.
The Serbian fighter is entering the FNC cage for the first time. After starting his career with a win followed by three consecutive losses, he realized he needed to get things in order. Since the beginning of last year, he has achieved three wins in a row and now has the opportunity to prove himself on the biggest stage. The event will take place on Saturday, July 13th, in the Borik Hall, and tickets are available through the Gigstix.ba system.
