With over 18,000 spectators in Zagreb’s Arena and all PPV records shattered, the unforgettable FNC 20 spectacle marking the fifth anniversary of Fight Nation Championship is still the talk of the region. As announced by the organization’s head, Dražen Forgač, Southeast Europe's top MMA promotion is set to push even harder in 2025. After much anticipation, FNC 21, the first event of the new year, will take place on Saturday, February 15, in the Krešimir Ćosić Hall at the legendary Višnjik in Zadar!
Fans have been eagerly awaiting his return to the cage, and after a stunning victory over Shota Betlemidze (36, 24-3-1) in Pula’s Arena at FNC 19, Martin Batur (33, 9-3) will headline FNC 21 in his hometown. Heavyweight champion Ivan Vitasović (32, 13-6-1) is still recovering from surgery, and Martin faces a major test on his journey toward a title shot. Arriving in Zadar is Michal Andryszak (32, 27-11), a Polish fighter who was a FEN champion, faced the FNC champion in an epic bout a year ago, and has since secured two victories. Andryszak is regarded as one of Europe’s top heavyweights.
This matchup is expected to serve as a title eliminator, determining the next challenger for the heavyweight belt. Additionally, the event will feature numerous thrilling bouts that will electrify the audience and keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Fans will witness a clash of regional MMA pioneers as Ivica 'Terror' Trušček and Ivan Vladimir face off in bare-knuckle boxing! The event will also showcase Luka Milidragović, newly signed by FNC; Antun Račić, a former KSW bantamweight champion; and Marko Ančić, the winner of the first season of the FON reality show.
This is just a glimpse of the unforgettable event coming to Zadar’s Višnjik, promising a lineup of spectacular fights. Tickets are available through the Eventim system.
