He was supposed to fight against Vuk Lekić (27, 2-1) at the FNC 21 event in Zadar, but the Serbian fighter withdrew, so Jure Jurić (27, 1-0) got a new opponent in the Slovenian fighter Benjamin Ajd (1-0). However, Ajd has also pulled out, so Jurić now has a third opponent for this match.
The fight will still take place in the middleweight category, and standing across from him will be Serbian fighter Jovan Pešić (24, 2-0). Both are at the beginning of their professional careers, and this is a big opportunity for them to prove themselves on the big stage.
