Fireworks for FNC's fifth anniversary: 'Slo Rocky' vs 'Joker' and two title fights at Arena Zagreb

We are in for an exceptional fight card, headlined by a thrilling main event along with title bouts in the middleweight and light heavyweight divisions

At FNC 19 in Pula, we learned that for the fifth anniversary of Fight Nation Championship in Zagreb, the main event will feature a showdown between Miran ‘Slo Rocky’ Fabjan (39, 5-3) and Aleksandar ‘Joker’ Ilić (35, 15-6). The top MMA promotion in Southeastern Europe has also unveiled the poster for the upcoming spectacle! Additionally, we will see title fights in the middleweight and light heavyweight divisions!

A year and a half after his appearance at FNC 11 in Zagreb, Đani Barbir (27, 6-0) will defend his belt against Tomislav ‘The Beast’ Spahović (34, 10-7), who has secured two wins since his loss to ‘Slo Rocky’ at FNC 14 in Sarajevo. The fighter from Bosnia and Herzegovina will move down to middleweight for the first time in FNC, where he plans to continue his career.

Matej Batinić (32, 20-5) is set for a major comeback, returning a year after becoming the light heavyweight champion at the FNC 12 event in Pula, where he defeated Gadzhimurad Khebdeev (32, 8-1). He will face the biggest challenge of his career, as he goes up against UFC veteran and former PFL fighter Krzysztof Jotko (35, 24-6).

The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 23rd, and we can expect many more exciting fights, which will be announced soon.
